Please proceed only if there is imminent danger to your or an occupant due to the building, or imminent significant damage to your home.

Examples of Non-Emergencies:

• • Leaky faucets
• • Faulty fridge seals
• • One bathroom out of service (if you have more than one)

Do not use emergency service if you live in a condo, instead, call your building manager, including for lost keys & fobs. Do not use the emergency service for fire, criminal matters or imminent harm, call 911.

Important Note:

Misuse of the emergency line will lead to a charge in accordance with your lease, as it diverts time and focus away from genuine emergencies.
