What are the service levels again?

PREMIUM REWARDS 8.5%

  • Our Premium Rewards Service Level provides you with all the Full-Service Property Management in our 6.9% Premium Service Level with the Added BONUS of obtaining Air Miles from our partner.
  • For example, a single rental at $3,000 a month will earn 3,000 Air Miles annually just for being part of our platform. Stay with us for 3 years and we will double that as you elevate to Platinum Status in our platform.
  • Have 3 or more properties signed up on day 1? You are automatically elevated to Platinum Status and earning double the rewards - at $3,000 a month will now earn 6,000 Air Miles PER PROPERTY.

  • Our Premium Service Level provides you with Full-Service Property Management including the following:
  • Marketing and listing your Property;
  • Tenant Screening with Credit and Employment Verification;
  • Collecting Rent pays you in 7 days or less (usually 3) direct to your account w/Detailed Billing History;
  • Manage Move-Ins & Move-Outs with Condition Reports, and;
  • Negotiate your Leases on your behalf, and;
  • ALL Maintenance Requests are facilitated via our Concierge in the Tenant App - 24 x 7

ECONOMY 4.9%

  • Our Economy Service Level is a “Self-Managed” option that still provides you with the following:
  • Marketing and listing your Property;
  • Tenant Screening with Credit and Employment Verification;
  • Collecting Rent pays you in 7 days or less (usually 3) direct to your account;
  • Manage Move-Ins & Move-Outs with Condition Reports, and;
  • Negotiate your Leases on your behalf.
  • * If a tenant requires maintenance service, they will contact you directly from inside our App.

ALL properties in our Platform are subject to an Annual Lease Fee of 2.9% billed on the first month’s rental collection - Half of that amount goes into our pool of rewards which are given to Tenants who take care of the rented properties (Good Condition Reports), and for re-leasing prior to end of term - Both securing your investments’ best interests by changing behaviour in a positive way.

We charge a small admin fee on monthly processes but it's less than $10

Taxes are collected as a flow-through you know, the government always takes their cut
